Matt Smith, Conservative PPC for Bethnal Green and Bow said: "When it comes to the matter of delivering a referendum on our terms of membership of the EU in 2017 the facts will be clear to Clacton residents. Labour and the Libdems won't give you a say. Crucially UKIP can't give you a say. Only the Conservatives can and will give you a referendum on Europe".
